Dental laser
The highest standard of care and comfort
Dr. Nadine Hotz in Marbella works with a variety of lasers. Our ErYSGG laser is particularly useful for replacing dental drills and preventing tooth decay. When used in conjunction with fluoride, it can even seal the surface of the tooth to combat hypersensitivity. Our diode laser can gently reshape the gums without bleeding and is almost painless. It is used to heal infections and can even replace the scalpel. Root canal treatments can be more successful when laser light is used to disinfect areas that cannot be reached by instruments. In many cases, the laser can even replace the need for local anaesthesia.
Laughing gas sedation
Safe, comfortable and efficient
Nitrous oxide, also known as ‘laughing gas’, is a convenient treatment of choice for patients of all ages, including children. Once inhaled, you will feel at ease and stress and stress and discomfort are gone. This gentle sedation option has no side effects and wears off quickly after three to four normal breaths – you’ll even be able to drive. N2O-O2 is well tolerated by most patients, reduces the need for post-treatment escorts and restrictions, and is a great way to build a stress-free and caring patient relationship.
